One of my favorite SL artist...

is Eves Rodenberger. She is awesome..hmm, well I never met her, but I lover her work :). Eves is besides Monroe Snook, one of a bunch of SL artists, which I adore. I could name u a hundred more! Some of their art I can say, I understand what they want to express, but some I haven't any clue :(. Last week I got a group notification from Studio 33. Of course, I had to go there and to look at them :).

I also met a cute little guy, which welcomed me. Heck! Is he cute, but after he showed me his tongue..he wasn't cute anymore, more like a sassy guy :). But anyway.....
After I passed this little, sassy puppy, with his sunglasses, I went thru the gallery. I like it, to walk thru galleries and to look at the different works from artists. Then I found Rodenberger's.

I like the way she uses windlight :). She is really an inspiration to me an dI guess to a lot of others in SL. When you google her name, the result is amazing! She is one of the top artists!

I hope you enjoy her work as I do :). Visit Studio 33! Eves isn't the only artist there and they are all worth a look :). Enjoy!

Miscellaneous....unknown artist :(

I really don't like it...pfff...A couple of months I visited an awesome place...but I can't remember the name. I only know it was a exhibition and I think I found it by accident. But still I want to share with you these wonderful impressions ;).

This one fascinates me the most. The reflection on the floor. Awesome idea. If anybody knows this artist, please let me know. I really would love to put a name under these pictures, because the artist deserves it to be mentioned. I bet there are more of his/her work in SL.

Let's talk about it.....

My curiosity brought me to a place called "Golden Gate".
Well, I didn't know, that this place has more to do with beeing gay or whatever. But it caught my attention. Not that I'm gay....hmmm, let me think....hmmm..well no comment at this time. What I wanted to show you is not the awesome Golden Gate Bridge..NO! I found a wonderful, a little bit hidden place to share your feelings. Feelings for beloved ones, which passed away and the reason is AIDS. In these days we all have to think about AIDS, more then ever. It is not the huge "Lifeball" in Vienna, not the tousend of dollars which gets donate, it is the time...The time people needs to get over from a loss of their beloved ones. To get a chance to look forward in their lifes, to see how wonderful life can be, even when you lost someone. Now, death is not any longer a taboo topic. Today, we can talk easier about it as years ago, because time is changing, people are changing. And also we have to face the reality, also one day we all die....Jase Byrne, a builder in the SL universe, created a path of AIDS Quilt Panels.
From people which shows their feelings. As he describes "It is a nice way to get in touch with my feelings." I only saw panels till 2010, so I'm not quite sure, if he still sets them up, but feel free to IM him, I guess someone with such a heart, can't get mad about it.
You can walk thru the forest, a long the little path and you can look what other people created to remember their love ones.
Why I posted this? Because AIDS is every where, not only in the gay area. Everybody can get it! We only can protect ourselfs with beeing carefully....
On my way back I decided to walk over the Golden Gate Bridge and along the street, Treat Kanto stood up some of his pictures. Art in another way, but still fascinating.
I hope you will find some time to walk thru the AIDS Quilt Panels. It is worth, because sometimes silence gives you the power to look forward to conquere life!
PS. Don't get scared of the name "Naughty Boys Beach" :) There isn't anything naughty here...hmm well I didn't see anything naughty ;)

Take a bow

You all know, how much I adore one of SL top photographer's, Monroe Snook. I remember, when I saw her art on Koinup. It was amazing. I couldn't stop looking at her art. She was one, which inspired me, to try SL photography with different windlight settings and now I'm addicted to it :).
A while ago, on 3th of July this year, the Zanphoria Gallery & Studio, which is located in the Avalon Art District of Tabula rasa, invited Monroe Snook to present her SL and RL photography art. Oh, Sapphoria Shilova, the owner of the gallery knows exactly who she invited ;). On the 2nd floor you find Monroe Snook's RL work and at the entry of the gallery are her SL work.

"Many of Monroe's works are award winning from various SL photo and Koinup SL photo contests. Her work has been featured in many blogs, SL magazine articles and SL Best of Best. She is a featured artist of Avatriat, has illustrated short stories, and has exhibited a few pieces SL photography in RL galleries. She is also a featured artist at the Museum of SL Photograhy, Orange Island, and part of a permanet exhibit at SL campus of Loyola Marymount University"
-- Monroe Snook's Information Notecard
It's hard to show you all her wonderful work, is it RL or SL :). Better you have a look on your own, because each of us has another view for art. For me she is one of the best and also others think that ;). So Eves Rodenberger and Monroe Snook are my inspiration ;). I know, I will never be so fantastic or will take such stunning pictures, but it' s good to have people, which inspire you.

SL6B Part 2

After I got an offer of one of my "OPEN THIS END" group member, I found myself today on the SL6B exhibition again. We had a meeting point and we were there to greet the visitors and to show them our spanish exhibition sim, Wizard. To stroll through this sim was an experience on their own ;). We had a lot of fun and were fascinated about the creativity of the artists.
At the entry are walls. On one side of them SL picture and on the other side works of the RL photographer, Emanuela Baioni. An Italian artist with this special view for nature silence. Her work is amazing, still impressiv and have a saying.
"Elementi in gioco" and "Poesia visiva" (from left to the right)
"Geometrie", "La prima nebbia ", "Risalendo l'oscurita'" and " Anime sospese" (from the left to the right)

"Eureka", "Essenze" and "Libero di sognare "

Awwww, these art was amazing. You walked through the bubbles and then you heard a sound and, well I didn't see them, but Taylia swore there were whales ?

It wasn't me!! I swear! It was an accident. The ground was full with glowing sticks and when you walked through them, all fell. Loool Ssshhht! I say it was Taylia ;)

This one was amazing, awesome and unique! A field full of glowing, sparkling flowers, in the middle 3 sculptures and above them circles in all shiny colors and on these circles trees. But not only some trees, no, glowing trees. It is an impressive view with the midnight setting.

Summer Harmony

Each friday I get a notecard about which new interesting places are hot in SL. Today I got nosy of Summer Harmony and tried to walk around. This sim is adorable and fantastic. The sim is created in beach style and there are several caves to explorer and to buy, waterfall included ;) Well, I didn't walk a lot around, because I got a little bit laggy :( And so I can't really tell you if it is really such a romantic place, because all I saw, were waterfall caves for rent or for sale?!? Of course a love bed included pfff It is indeed worth a visit, because it is an amazing place to take photos. Detailed trees, palms, waterfalls and bridges invite you for long walks, alone or with company, this one is something what you have to decide :) Come and see on yourself!

Na wonderful!!!

Ok, thank you to my best friend! Pffff I'm now proud daddy of 2 cute chicken eggs!!! Well, often saw such eggs on different blogs and also my neighbours have an own chicken farm. So I KNOW about this eggs! So a little advice for the next time when your lovely best friend gives you something. DON'T TAKE IT!! It could be some of these eggs!! Hmm, now I have them in my house loool. How funny is that?! Normally they should live outside, but...Well, they need a lot of care and much love and much attention and a comfy home, so I thought my house would be a better place , because no one would kill them or do anything with them, when I'm not online. Ok, well, first I opened the notecard, hmm better to say notecards! 3 of them. So I started to read them and get, of course, lost in them. Pffff Ha! During I write this post they sneaked outside, ok now they are outside of the house. Na funny! But well they choose it :) I put a food there, so and now I'm waiting that they are eating. I hope they do! They are cute in some way lool Well, I will let you know when they grow further, at the moment it looks they have a grow stop, hmmm. Ohhhh, in case you want to gift someone special with such cute, nagging babies, then you should really visit SionChicken at Gothlauth. Buuuut! Don't forget the food. I read this "Only feed your chicken with Sion's biological chicken food to provide optimal health!" So don't forget the special food :) Take care of your future chicken and have fun with them :)

Good Bye Cetus Gallery

Once again it's time to say Good Bye to an amazing place of SL. I wrote about the Second Sweden, which left SL on 29th of May this year, now I want to write about Cetus Gallery and show some pictures of this place. We all know SL provides and supports a lot of individuals to get connected. Also the Cetus Gallery was one of them. It brought artists and people from all over the world together and to share their experience and ideas.
Well, SL hosts a numberous of galleries and places where artists and admirer can meet and discuss about their works. And one of them were the Cetus Gallery.
An adorable building created by Kaja Lurra. She always fascinates me with more of her work. Cetus Gallery was founded in the year 2006 by Xander Ruttan, who describes himself as an SL estate developer and community builder. RL, Ruttan is an arts and culture writer, an artist and musician and a former assistant director of a contemporary art gallery.

I think at this point pictures are saying more as tousend words ;)

Street view

now empty gallerie rooms :(

A tribute to Second Sweden...

with a sad heart, Kaja showed me one of her famous work in landscaping, Second Sweden. On 29th of May this year, Second Sweden performed their last SL presence. Kaja were a part of this great place. Together with her friend Carina, she built up an adorable place in SL, Stockholm’s Old City, Gamla Stan. Second Sweden were built to bring people from all over the world together.

It didn’t matter for what you were looking. Dancing, shopping, wandering, eating, drinking, listening to music or just hanging out with your friends. And at the cute pizzeria, you had a great view of the typical Swedish houses. I want to show you some pictures of Second Sweden, taken by Kaja Lurra. Second Sweden will be gone, but never forgotten in the minds of the creators, founder and supporter.

It invites to relax and to enjoy the atmosphere

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, KAJA!!!!

It was such an adorable, lovely, gorgeous party! Mariko Nightfire and Jaysun Dagger organized a great party on Mariko's sim Opar. What an amazing sim! Btw. created also by Kaja Lurra ;) Surprised?! I'm not loool Together with Mariko, Kaja designed a wonderful, inspiring sim. And these lovely, japanese lanterns. Awwww! We started at the meadow behind the Southpoint Yacht Club. We got the order to bring our horses with us. Well, when I get such an order, I want to wear the best matching outfit ;) And so it happened that I spend almost my whole afternoon in searching for the best clothes. I checked out each possibility. But it is, indeed, very hard to find clothes which I have on my mind. I wanted to look awesome, handsome, with a little sparkling of dangerous. Looool I delved among websites, tp'd from one shop to the other one, until I found the right outfit :)

I was really sad, because I love to take pics, but the more people on a sim, the more my graphic card doesn't like it. And so I only can look on Kaja's friends blog ;) But they took wonderful pics of the unique moments of Kaja's Birthday party.
See them on Mariko's and Lessa Donner's blog ;) Girl's? I adore your pictures!!! Thank you so much for a wonderful, memorable evening with Kaja's friends ;)

Designing Worlds - Matanzas

Well, yesterday I told you about on of the famous designer of SL. Kaja Lurra was on the show Designing Worlds and she was great! She surprised the tv team with a hidden rainforest, with an adorable mediation place and impressive waves. The island is open for public and you are welcome to join a walk through the rainforest, in case you find them :), and to dance under an amazing made flora. You have to pay attention on the shadows. The lightly moving of the palms reflects on the ground. I never saw before such a detailed work!
In case you missed the show or don't know where to find it. Here is the link :) Designing Worlds - Matanzas. Enjoy it, you will be surprised how lovely a home can look ;)

How long didn't I post?!?!?!

Hmm, I'm sure over some weeks ago :) Well, I have to confess, I needed the time. RL kept me busy and SL didn't fit in my life. So I took some weeks off :) But! Yesterday, I thought about my blog when I met this girl in SL. She is amazing! Her work adorable! And so I decdided to reopen my blog again. I want to show you her work. Kaja of Sweden photography! Her RL and SL art is amazing. Per accident we met loool no news I always meet interesting people per accident :) We started to talk and later she showed me her gallery in SL. I was so fascinated that I had to buy a work of her. We talked about Koinup too, where she uploaded her SL pictures. Kaja loves to explorer SL and when she finds interesting places which catches her eyes, she takes pictures of it. Well, who not?! Loool Visit her gallery and have a look on her Koinup site ;) I bet you will be fascinated too :) It's amazing how SL brings people together *ivd*
I will start soon back to my old blog schedule, all needs their time ;)

That's amazing!

I just got a group notice of one of my beloved groups, the "S&S Gallery" founded by Stefanik Dagostino. He asked us, if we are interested in a hunt. Well, of course!! Stefanik would like to set up a 1 prim box, including a LM to the next place. I'm so glad, that I'm almost finished with my new land :) After some minutes he showed up and gave me the "Inspector" :) So, for one, I love hunts and for the other hand, it's a great way to introduce my new land and project to all SL residents. He told me it will be a fast hunt, and the first one will get a wonderful art as prize. How nice is that?! Normally you grap some free stuff of different SL places, but this one is more interesting, because you will get an art! For sure, I will inform you, when the hint is opened :) But then you know? You have to hurry! lool

Well, anyway. Yesterday, I was searching for a cute garden furniture on XstreetSL, well I found an adorable one, with great sit animation. A link on the page lead me to their InWorld store and well, next time I should try them out before I buy them blind! lool It looks really great, but when you sit on it, you shouldn't write or say anything :) The write animation doesn't really fit and doesn't show in any way manners :( You look like more laying lazy on the chair :( It isn't really that what I wanted. But well, I don't give up to look for a cute one. And btw. what do I expect by spending 150 L$?!?! The garden still looks boring :( What about a swing?! I have seen one yesterday....Oh my! Where did I see it?! No wonder that my inventory looks like a lady's handbag pfff too much useless stuff in it! :) Hmm maybe I should ask my gf how she is managing her inventory loool *vdpcb*

Some last steps...

and then it is ready to show up :) My latest SL project gets in the final phase. Didn't know that to manage and arrange all takes so much time and energy :) But well, finally I found an adorable land! You have to see it! It has a breathtaking view over the ocean, a relax space and the best thing a big house :)
Some details about my project. I opened a class for romance, where people can come and attend to learn more about romantic and love, to show you in a few easy steps how to adore you love one. More details about schedule and so will follow :) Remember? Rome wasn't built in a day too loool All needs their time :) But when you got nosy, here is the LM "The Edge of Romance". You can look around and with the TP you can go up to the gift store. It's worth a look, because the creator invest a lot of time and love in his creations. To this moment his creations were only available on Xstreet SL. :) If you have any questions or suggestions pls don't be shy and let me know. The more ideas the more th eplace will get adorable and lovely. It should be also a place to hang out and relax. If somebody need some minutes of anonym talk, support or help. My partner and I will be glad to be there and to help you.
I also thought about to give newcomers in art a chance to exhibit their works. If you are interested and search for a place to show your works, please IM me InWorld for further informations.

Koinup

My favorite site to upload pictures :) in only some hours you can see, if the pictures are good or bad and this I love on "KOINUP"! You get good and serious comments and also when you need help, there are a lot which are professionals and show you what else you can change on your pictures. It isn't only a way to publish your SL shots, NO! It's a communciation site. If you never heard of "KOINUP" check it out, I'm sure you will love it :) My last post:

"Dreaming" by K. Ordinary

I only set up a shadow in Photoshop and thats it ;) I only worked complitly with SL windlight. For the lightings I used body lights. The shot was taken at "Error".

Monroe Snook

I'm sure a lot remember my post about the "Echo Fields" by Monroe Snook. The last days, after Studio 33 - Rockcliffe Gardens moved to another place, I get nosy again. Maybe my favorite artist made new pictures :) And when I arrived, I looked around...and there it was! When I saw the art, I knew exactly it was made by Monroe Snook ;) Her style is unique. I'm one of the tousend great admirer. Her work caught me. The California girl knows how to set the right lights and knows to catch the deepness in an art. If you would like to see more of her amazing art, look at this link, Monroe Snook at "Avatrait". There you can find more and if you like one of her work, leave her comment :) Here the latest work I bought:
